Prices

The prices shown are per night and for 4 people. Surcharge for each additional person per night: €20. A deposit is required to confirm the booking. In addition to the guide price listed, an additional 2.50 euros per person per night will be charged for the municipal tax. Children under 14 years of age do not pay local tax.

To confirm your booking, we ask for a bank transfer of 20% of the total amount to the following account:

The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. Please state your name and date of stay as the reason for the transfer. Once received in the bank account, the reservation is considered binding. In accordance with article 1.385 of the Italian Civil Code, in the event of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.

Means of payment

We accept bank transfer before arrival and cash payment on site.

Arrival and departure

The holiday apartment on our Moarhof farm in Ums is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Breakfast basket

In the breakfast basket, which we prepare upon request, you will find homemade jams, delicious eggs from our chickens and fresh milk from our cows. There are also regional products and fresh bread rolls. The price is €20 per person per day (€18 per child up to 14 years old per day).

Ski room / bike room

In our ski and bike room you will find enough space to neatly store your skis and snowboards after a day on the slopes in the Dolomites in winter, so that they are ready for the next day. In summer you can safely park your bikes there after an exciting day.

Four-legged friends

Please understand that we do not allow pets.

Shopping & dining nearby

In just 5 minutes by car you can reach various shops and grocery stores in the village center of Fiè allo Sciliar. These are open daily (exception: Sundays and public holidays). In Fiè allo Sciliar you will also find a wide selection of different wine taverns, restaurants, pizzerias and bars with local food and drinks. We have summarized further information in our farm folder.

Cancellation conditions

If the vacation cannot be started for unforeseeable reasons, we ask you to inform us in good time. Cancellations are unpleasant for both parties. We are happy to grant you the right to withdraw under the cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB.

• Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation possible
• Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price
• Less than 4 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total price
• In case of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price

Travel insurance

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance before starting your trip . This is mandatory information according to EU Regulation No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council. You can find the European Commission’s online resolution of consumer disputes (ODR) platform here.
